
Writing therapy is an expressive therapy technique that helps people deal with strong emotions and trauma. It is not a cure all for depression, anxiety, or any other form of mental illness or mental health concern, but it is a great coping mechanism that is easily learned and can help you learn to express your feelings in a safe space. Writing is cathartic and a great life skill to develop.
